Ayden founded Veltrion Group to challenge the fragmented way fundraising, technology and commercial operations are often managed. His background spans website and software development, senior management and direct face-to-face fundraising, giving him an uncommon view across both the systems behind an organisation and the people representing it in the community.
He leads the development of Veltrion's proprietary operating environment and the Group's broader strategy, with a focus on stronger governance, clearer commercial visibility and better-connected client delivery. Ayden also serves as a Non-Executive Director of RS Mines Ltd and is Founder & Developer of Capantra Pty Ltd.
His leadership philosophy is practical and accountable: build systems around reality, give capable people the structure to perform, and treat public trust as an operational responsibility.
